{"id":5962,"date":"2026-03-31T20:16:51","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T11:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noriaki-kurita.jp\/?p=5962"},"modified":"2026-04-01T20:18:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T11:18:20","slug":"res-2026-conference-wcn-lecture-kurita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noriaki-kurita.jp\/en\/res-2026-conference-wcn-lecture-kurita\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation at the World Congress of Nephrology (WCN2026) as an Invited Speaker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From March 28 to 31, I had the opportunity to present at the World Congress of Nephrology 2026 (WCN2026) as an invited speaker.<\/p>\n<p>My presentation was delivered in the session entitled \u201cEthical Challenges in End-of-Life Kidney Care.\u201d Building on our clinical epidemiological research, I discussed the roles of trust and hope in treatment decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>By integrating quantitative and qualitative insights with ethical perspectives, I aimed to develop a coherent, data-driven narrative that would resonate with a broad international audience of kidney care professionals.<\/p>\n<p>This experience was both inspiring and intellectually stimulating.
