“I have engaged in a wide range of medical care from children to aged people, from acute care to home medical care for more than ten years. Among them, I became particularly interested in care of aged people with multiple co-morbidities, polypharmacy, and end-of-life care. I decided to study clinical epidemiology because I would like to provide evidence based solutions for future society as a medical professional living in an aging society with a declining birthrate and population, which will precede the rest of the world in the next few decades. ”
